Specifications of Deadman Series Industrial Wireless Controls

Today, wireless hydraulic remote control systems are more powerful than their previous counterpart. One great feature is that it is secure to use. Even it can be operated by a person seeing it for the first time. Industrial remote control systems that are absolutely manufactured for controlling huge machines like industrial automation. Now the manufacturers are designing new wireless industrial devices that are empowered with new innovation and are able to control the most important tasks for the industrial segments.

In order to know how to operate the industrial wireless controls, you have to understand how the device works. It includes two types of remote switch board controller; the radio frequency and the infrared. In that case, the infrared red operates by sending IR light to the device; the radio frequency pretty much operates the exact way.

It sends radio frequency to the machine to operate. However the major differentiation is that, the radio frequency is much clearer and it has had a long range of about 100 feet which is way above the infrared frequency which has a range of approximately 30 feet.

The long range of the radio frequency means that the remote switch board can go around the corner. Now Deadman series trigger switch industrial wireless controls are specially designed for industrial applications requiring positive operator to mechanism contact. A wireless trigger switch is used to send RF command signals to the pump.

The operator is unencumbered by cables and wires normally used in deadman fueling operations. System incorporates a protected frequency hopping, spread spectrum radio link that is virtually immune to outside electrical or RF interference. Operations fail safe with any loss of signal from transmitter. Rechargeable transmitter delivers 30hurs of continuous use between charges.

There are some wonderful specifications of this Deadman series trigger switch industrial wireless. Such as;

•    It has safety timer software that is available to limit switch closure duration prior to automatic shut-off.

•    The feature requires periodic trigger pulse by operator to maintain receiver on condition.

•    The system is up to eleven other command functions available per customer requirements

•    The modular quick-connect components allow for easy installation and field service

•    Pre-wired solenoids are available for Pneumatic, Hydraulic, or Hose Reel control interface

There are some examples of additional control button options below;

•    The hose reel option allows remote unwind and Rewind control greatly reducing effort required pulling the hose off the reel.

•    The potential injury is reduced and productivity is increased through easier hose handling.

•    This industrial wireless controls are easy to install prewired hose reel motor solenoids and 70Amp breaker included with this option.

•    The system design prevents Unwind and Rewind circuits from being energized at the same time

•    The PUMP option extends pump life and increases safety by allowing operator to engage and disengage the PTO and PUMP from hose end at customer's storage tank.

•    Now truck PTO shaft is not turning, pump is not running in by-pass, and hose is not charged unless connected to the customer’s tank.

BASE Engineering designs excellent Wireless hydraulic remote control technology for different engineering and commercial purposes.  Since 1996 over 50,000 BASE systems have been employed around the globe to increase job safety and productivity. As a result of this design effort we have the confidence to offer a four year, no hassle, and replacement warranty on every industrial wireless controls we manufacture.
